Some FormeStudio glass and crystal products are handmade, mouth-blown, hand-cut, hand-finished, or produced using traditional artisanal techniques.

• Other characteristics resulting from the production process.

Reasonable variations that fall within the manufacturer's normal production standards are part of the individual character of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

Rugs and other products made from natural or handcrafted materials may display variations in:

• Fiber.

• Weave.

• Texture.

• Color.

• Pattern.

• Pile.

• Dimensions.

• Finish.

Minor variations resulting from handcrafted production or natural materials are not necessarily manufacturing defects.

Product dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise and may vary within reasonable manufacturer tolerances.

All prices displayed on the Website are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of errors as described below.

Shipping, delivery, taxes, and any other applicable charges are calculated separately unless expressly stated otherwise.

FormeStudio does not currently offer free shipping.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before the order is finalized.

9. Custom, Made-to-Order & Special-Order Products

FormeStudio may offer custom, made-to-order, personalized, modified, or special-order products, including products manufactured according to a customer's selected:

• Finishes.

• Patterns.

• Configurations.

• Specifications.

• Quantities.

• Other customized requirements.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all applicable specifications before the order is submitted to the manufacturer or artisan.

This includes reviewing measurements, finishes, materials, colors, quantities, and other selections.

Once a custom, made-to-order, or special-order product has been submitted to the manufacturer, ordered from the supplier, or entered production, the order generally cannot be changed, canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by FormeStudio in writing.

Custom, made-to-order, personalized, and special-order products are considered Final Sale once production has commenced.

10. Production Lead Times & Delays

Production lead times provided for custom, made-to-order, personalized, or special-order products are estimates only.

Unless FormeStudio expressly confirms otherwise in writing, an estimated production lead time is not a guaranteed completion date, shipping date, or delivery date.

Production schedules may change because of circumstances including:

• Manufacturer or artisan production schedules.

• Material shortages.

• Component availability.

• Handmade or artisanal production processes.

• Quality-control requirements.

• Factory closures.

• Manufacturer holidays.

• Supplier delays.

• Transportation or logistics disruptions.

• Customs procedures.

• Weather events.

• Labor interruptions.

• Force majeure events.

• Other circumstances outside FormeStudio's reasonable control.

Because FormeStudio works with independent manufacturers, designers, artisans, and suppliers, FormeStudio is not responsible for production delays caused by those third parties or circumstances outside FormeStudio's reasonable control.

A production delay, by itself, does not constitute a defect in the merchandise.

FormeStudio will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to an anticipated production or shipping schedule.

Where applicable law requires us to obtain consent to a revised shipping date, provide a cancellation option, or issue a refund because of a delay, FormeStudio will comply with those requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormeStudio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential expenses arising from a production, shipping, or delivery delay, including expenses associated with:

• Contractors.

• Installers.

• Interior designers.

• Construction schedules.

• Travel.

• Accommodation.

• Events.

• Storage arrangements.

• Project deadlines.

• Other third-party commitments.

Customers should therefore avoid scheduling installation, construction work, events, or other time-sensitive arrangements until merchandise has been received and inspected.

11. Custom & Handmade Product Variations

Custom and handcrafted products may display reasonable variations in:

• Tone.

• Texture.

• Dimensions.

• Finish.

• Pattern.

• Grain.

• Veining.

• Shape.

• Other characteristics.

Such variations may arise from natural materials, handmade production techniques, or normal manufacturing tolerances.

These characteristics are not considered defects when they fall within reasonable manufacturing tolerances or the manufacturer's normal quality standards.

12. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.

By providing payment information, you represent that:

Payments may be processed through Shopify and/or authorized third-party payment providers.

FormeStudio does not generally receive or store your complete payment card number.

Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, or charges applicable to their purchase that are not collected by FormeStudio at checkout, where permitted by law.

Glass, crystal, and decorative objects may be fragile, and shipping damage should be reported promptly.

We ask that shipping damage be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, together with photographs of:

• The exterior shipping carton.

17. Returns & Refunds

Eligible merchandise may currently be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions contained in our Return & Refund Policy.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for discretionary returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on discretionary returns.

Eligible rug returns are subject to the applicable 15% restocking fee described in our Return & Refund Policy.

18. Final Sale Products

Certain merchandise may be designated as:

Products identified as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by applicable law or where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final Sale products may include:

• Products altered at a customer's request.

• Clearance products specifically identified as Final Sale.

19. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact FormeStudio as soon as possible.

Cancellation is not guaranteed.

In-stock merchandise may generally be canceled before it enters the shipping or fulfillment process.

Once an in-stock product has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the order will instead be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom, made-to-order, personalized, or special-order products generally cannot be canceled once they have been submitted to the manufacturer, supplier, or artisan, or once production has begun.

20. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, FormeStudio may offer promotional pricing or discount codes.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be combined.

• Discounts have no cash value.

• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

• Promotions may be limited to specific products, categories, quantities, customers, or dates.

• Certain brands or products may be excluded.
